Our ECO Mats are produced in the USA and made of a high quality, eco friendly, BPA and phthalates FREE, cellular vinyl. It offers a soft cushion feel, and contains a mesh center membrane for dimensional stability. It measures just under an extra long 70" x 24" wide, weighs approximately 3lbs, and is a comfy 1/4" thick.

(Coming Soon) Our Elite Mats are 100% made in the USA and proprietary to Pravacana Mats. Designed by yogis with yogis in mind, it is an eco conscious state of the art design of multi level closed cell foam. An additional unique top layer serves not only to preserve the artwork, but also offers ultimate traction for the user. This superior mat measures 72" x 24", weighs approximately 4lbs, and is a solid 3/16" thick.

At this time our The Towel is the only item we carry that is not made in the USA. We are actively seeking out new manufactures within the US to provide an equally ECO conscious and domestically made product. Our The Towel however is a high performance 100% microfiber towel designed to absorb sweat. Sized larger than most brands at 24" x 72",  they work great alone or with longer as well as standard length mats.

Our mats feature edge-to-edge full color reproduction of our artwork, and are best suited for dry yoga where your hands and feet are sweat free. They are specifically designed for yoga, pilates, stretching, and similar low impact exercises.* Although we take the utmost pride in the traction our mats provide, different environments and outside factors such as sweat, skin type, or air temperature, may effect how a much grip an individual actually experiences on their mat. Please consider this when choosing your mat style to insure you get the most out of your purchase.

Additionally, in addition to our Karma Yoga charitable giving mats, we are currently working on partnering with a nationwide program to allow our clients to give even more back to their community through the purchase of our mats, towels, and accessories. We will update everyone soon!

Care for Your Mat & Towel

Your Pravacana Mats yoga mat should be cleaned carefully by hand using warm water, mild soap or non-abrasive and non-toxic cleaning solutions, and a soft cloth. We encourage your mat to be rolled neatly, image side IN, and stored in a safe place. This will ensure that the mat stays free from creasing and the image integrity is not compromised. If you notice dermal or oil buildup, simply use an acidic based cleaner, lemon juice works well, to break down the oils and restore traction. Do not use strong cleaning solvents, nor do we recommend you machine-wash your mat..

Below is a recipe for an herbal based natural cleaning solution:

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 3 cups filtered water

  • 1 tsp tea tree oil

  • 10-15 drops of essential oil of your choice

Place all ingredients into a spray bottle and be sure to shake before each use. Spray down your mat on one side and let it sit for a few minutes. With a damp cloth, wipe it down. Finally, wipe it with a dry towel or simply let it air dry. Repeat on other side.

Your Pravacana Mats yoga towel can be machine washed on cold with like colors. Hanging to dry is the recommended method, however they can be tumbled dry on a low setting.

As with most sporting equipment, the mats and towels will eventually fade with use. We do not recommend wearing shoes on the mats or allowing animal paws on them, as these types of things can cause abrasions that will prematurely distress the image.

Adult mats measure 24" x 70" regular - 78" extra long (and custom lengths) and range from $79.00 - $89.00 (plus tax and shipping)

Children's mats measure 24" x 66" and are $69.00 (plus tax and shipping)

THE Towels measure 24" x 72" and are $59.00. They can be purchased alone or at a discount in a set with our various mats.

Custom design assistance prices are based on the individual request.

Production & Estimated Delivery Times

Our yoga mats are custom made to order. Due to this fact, and our commitment to a high level of quality control, your mat will be printed within 7-10 business days. Thereafter, your choice of shipping method will determine the exact delivery date. Customers desiring a rush order may speak to our Customer Service directly prior to placing their order. A 10% rush order charge will be applied.

 

Disposal Service

We encourage all customers to use our mat disposal service. Your original shipping box can be repurposed for this reason. In return for your responsible disposal we will provide you with a 10% discount on your next purchase. Be part of the solution, help protect our planet!

Shipping Methods

We offer three different methods of shipping: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and the ability to pick up your mat if you are located near us and previously arranged.

We also love our international yoga community and offer shipping outside the United States, however you may be subject to duties or taxes levied once the package reaches your country. If incurred, these charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies will be different for each country or region, we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

RETURN POLICY

Yoga mats are manufactured from flexible materials and can break under stress. Yoga mats therefore can not be lifetime warranted or guaranteed.  We do however provide for limited returns.

We will replace your yoga mat under the following circumstances: 

  • Your custom mat design was reproduced incorrectly, or askew.

  • If the mat received by you does not match the submitted/approved design, the mat will be considered a misprint. Please note that although we strive for exact color reproduction, visual color matches can not be guaranteed as computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.

  • Exchanges can be made due to a desire to change designs, however further shipping charges such as those for the return and new shipment will be incurred by the purchaser. If you are unsure of a design choice for someone other than yourself, we recommend choosing a gift certificate. Exchanges or returns cannot be made on custom orders.
