Do I have to be a studio to order in bulk?
No. We can offer bulk pricing to any company, studio, organization, or individual who wishes to order in bulk. Email us for pricing information firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a minimum quantity?

What are my color and material options?
We have several options to suit your needs. We offer 2 different mat base styles, and 1 towel base. For our ECO Mats and Towels, we can offer unlimited full color spectrum artwork reproduction, and our ECO Mats come in a variety of colors. On our ELITE Recycled Rubber Mats, we only offer all white artwork reproduction however. On all products bases we offer both edge to edge, and smaller logo/branding, artwork reproduction. *Please note our typical mat base is white. Any colored mat base chosen with artwork that is lighter than the mat base will require additional processing.
How long will it take to receive my custom printed products?
Production begins once payment is received and we have your approval on the final proof. It can take approximately 5-14 business days, depending on quantity. Thereafter, the choice of shipping method will determine your exact delivery date. A 10% rush charge can be applied to orders needed sooner.
What type of artwork is required?
Artwork files should be received in a large format, sized to 3088 x 9360 pixels for optimal resolution. For best print quality, .JPG, .PDF, .EPS, or .TIF files are preferred. Because images will be preformatted upon receiving there may be slight variations in the appearance of colors. Email us for more information firstname.lastname@example.org.
What colors can be included my the artwork?
We have the ability to exactly reproduce almost any color in your artwork. Some colors will not translate verbatim however, such as metallic colors. Additionally, large areas of printed black or dark colors are discouraged as they may show wear sooner.
What content can be included my the artwork?
Any images submitted will be subject to content approval and can not included copyrighted or trademarked material not belonging a the person, or entity, submitting the image other than you. Please also be aware when reproduced actual artwork size, border widths, or ink colors may vary slightly.
How do we submit our artwork?
Artwork can be submitted directly through our email system. If the file is too large it can be compressed into a .zip file. Files can also be shared through a wide variety of free and secure file sharing sites such as Dropbox, Google Drive, SkyDrive, RapidShare, and MediaFile.
What if I don't have artwork or a logo?
Should you not have artwork or a logo, our design team will gladly be able assist you. Additional fees do apply for design assistance. Typically an idea, image, or illustration, will be submitted to our design team and an initial design will be created. At the time, emailed proofs will be exchanged with up to three revisions included in the price estimate. Email us for more information email@example.com.
What does “price matching” mean?
If you find the same product(s) we offer, at the same standard of quality, for lower price, we’ll match it! Please be prepared to show a digital version of the quote for proof of price. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
