Yoga mats are manufactured from flexible materials and can break under stress. Yoga mats therefore can not be lifetime warranted or guaranteed.  We do however provide for limited returns.

We will replace your yoga mat under the following circumstances: 

  • Your custom mat design was reproduced incorrectly, or askew.  
  • If the mat received by you does not match the submitted/approved design, the mat will be considered an misprint. Please note that although we strive for exact color reproduction, visual color matches can not be guaranteed as computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
  • Exchanges can be made due to a desire to change designs, however further shipping charges such as those for the return and new shipment will be incurred by the purchaser. If you are unsure of a design choice for someone other than yourself, we recommend choosing a gift certificate. Exchanges cannot be made on custom orders.

If you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain a instructions for returns and the proper address to ship your return. Credit will be refunded upon receipt of your returned yoga mat.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at first and we will provide return instructions.

To be eligible for a full return your item can not be customized, and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund has been made. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 business days. 


Partial Refunds:

Any item not in good condition, that is damaged or missing parts, is a custom design, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will be subject to a partial refund. All items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Sale items:

Typically only regular priced items may be refunded, certain sale items cannot be refunded. 


Gift Purchases:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
